Privacy policy

This policy explains what information jtvisuals.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is run by JT Visuals LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us"). Questions go to hello@jtvisuals.com.

What we collect

• When you send the project form: your name, email, who the project is for, what you'd like filmed, your rough budget and timeline, and anything you write in the notes.
• When you join The Signature Creator waitlist: your email address.
• Automatically: like most websites, our host records basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies, only if you accept: the Meta Pixel sets cookies that help us measure our ads. If you decline, it never loads. We also save your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

How we use it

• To reply to your project inquiry and talk with you about it.
• To email you about The Signature Creator if you joined the waitlist. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails.
• If you accepted cookies, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information for money. We share it only with the services that run this site for us:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers your project form to our inbox.
• Kit manages The Signature Creator waitlist emails.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives ad measurement data, only if you accepted cookies. When you send the form after accepting, we also tell Meta that a lead came in, using a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, so we can measure our ads.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Cookies: choose Accept or Decline in the banner. You can change your answer anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a Decline and the Meta Pixel won't load.
• Ads on Meta: you can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Email: every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of "sharing" it for ads. Declining cookies opts you out of that ad sharing. For anything else, email hello@jtvisuals.com and we'll respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as we need them to work with you and run the business. Waitlist emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Ad cookies expire on their own, typically within 90 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and professionals. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
